Good Morning my friend! How is your weight loss going?
Today's Question: "What if you forget to weigh in?"
"Is that screwing EVERYTHING up?" Absolutely not!
All you need to do is continue with your journaling efforts
continue keeping track of your calories your water
And Eventually it works out. I have a really really great friend, named
Jessica, And I was losing weight every day ... pretty much... during this one period
of time I'm thinking of... And she was not losing.
But she was consistently eating the right calories and doing the right exercise.
And I told her, "don't worry about it!" And sure enough!
Those pounds fell off. It is really consistent 3500 calories for
a person is one pound. And so if you don't see the weight loss today
you might see it tomorrow or the next day. And maybe your body just holds onto it and
then all at once it goes 'POOF' And it's gone!
Don't worry! It'll fall off
Now, today... I'm excited!
Yesterday the new InStep Jogging Stroller came.
I put it together. It is awesome! I left it in the living room and when my two
little kids got up this morning they climbed into it to watch cartoons.
And then they wanted to have their breakfast while they were sitting in it.
We were pretty excited! We are off for a long walk.
Now, at the beginning of a long walk I carb load
Now I am still with in my calories for the day
but I push a lot of my carbohydrates to right before my long walk.
I don't want to be faint. I want to have energy to go.
I want to have energy to ... you know... keep walking with my kids.
When I get back I'll have some protein. To give my muscles something to chew on.
And to rejuvenate. Be sure to drink a lot of water when you are
exercising! And don't worry about that pound...
It'll fall!
