I want to give you another important kitchen tip.
When we make palak (spinach) puree or if we are are making spinach gravy, like chicken palak or paneer palak

To avoid the darkening of the spinach, wash it and separate the stems from the leaves.
Then boil some water, after the water is boiled, add the spinach leaves inside it. Drain the water out, wash the leaves with cold water.
