Chris Hildebrand of Hildebrand Law, I am a Arizona family law attorney and have been
practicing family law and divorce law in the state of Arizona for over 20 years.
One of the question my clients sometimes ask me regarding the divorce process is, " Can they be restored
to their maiden name"? The answer is yes, the court has the authority to restore a wife
to her maiden name. Either at the time the divorce decree is entered or if requested
prior to that time can actually restore a wife to her maiden name while the divorce
process is still on going. If you have any other questions regarding being restored to
your maiden name, please feel free to email me at Chris@Hildebrandlaw.com and thank you for watching our video.
