Hey guys! Today's video is all about Fall transitions. So taking those summer pieces
that you love and how to make them work in the fall. I know me personally, I have a couple
pieces that I'm like "I love this! I don't want to give this up for fall!". And then
this is kind of the way that I you know, add some things, add some layers so that I can
at least use them for a couple more months.
The first look is with a classic pair of boyfriend shorts. I love these! I got mine from H&M!
They're just super comfy, baggy... I can do my thing in them, you know!
And to transition them into fall, all I do is from that tank, put a little jacket over
that. Put on some kind of cool tights or leggings underneath so I usually go for kind of a patterned
one or something kind of funky and you're good to go! I like this look you know, going
to like a concert or a show to feel like a little bit more edgy you know, more than my
usual dresses!
And then I put this outfit on and I'm like 'sup? Kait's in the house!
So the second look is taking the jeans and tank top and sandals kind of summer casual
look and transitioning that into fall.
Now, here's the thing! Get those sandals out of there! Add some boots! Freakin' love boots
so much! I'm choosing to more of a tall boot wit this look.
Uh, just because I... my legs are kind of a weird proportion to my body so I think it
makes it look better.
Throw on a cardigan over top. Add some fun jewellery to give it more dimension for fall
and besides that you are good to go! You can also add a scarf to this look!
Uh, when I'm wearing a big chunky sweater I don't really like to wear a scarf with it
just because I feel like then I look like a kid in a snow suit!
Girl whatever makes you feel good, do it! Rock it!
The third look is my typical, yes, you knew this was coming. Transitioning a dress that
could be potentially a summer dress into fall!
Add some boots! I Really love these ones are from Ralph Lauren. Throw those on! Add some
nylon. You can do plain nylons again or something with a fun pattern.
What I've done with this look is I have this dress that I kind of... it's my dancing dress.
It's kind of maybe slightly inappropriate. Especially for work or day to day. So what
I've done is taken that and taken a cardigan of the same colour. Black's the easiest way
to do this if you have another dress and you have like a matching cardigan in the same
colour, that works too!
And there you have it! It kind of looks like a long sleeve dress, even though it's two
pieces! So those are three simple ways to transition three classic summer pieces into
fall outfits. I hope you guys enjoyed!
