On behalf of Expert Village I'm Lizbeth Muller and today I will show you an Asian chicken
dinner that is absolutely delicious. It's been cooking now the rice for about, maybe,
5-10 minutes. If you notice look how the water has drained out of the there. Even on low
heat. What I like to do at this point while it's like that, I like to stir it one more
time. Stir it really nicely so it can get all nice and wet and be perfect. Okay. It's
not cooked, yet. Itss still hard. But I want to stir it up and put it right back and keep
it on that low heat. I'm going to keep it on low heat approximately about 10 more minutes
so it can cook properly. Then I'm going to show you again the paper towel trick so it
can stay nice and perfect. You can see your rice. It's going to look fabulous when it's
done.
