for advices. I was good at given advices so good that I lived others lives for many years.
And then I found a better way to assist people, being the vehicle for their journey
3. Why do you need an executive coach? a. There is no need of a coach if you are
satisfied living within your limitations and if you do not feel the motivation to grow
from your experience in a different culture or cultural environment. However, if you WANT
to understand yourself and others better abroad or within a multicultural team, overcome challenges
that might limit you in your life or with your projects, develop new skills such as
emotional intelligence or positive feedback to strive in your new environment, you will
want to be assisted by a global leadership and expat coach. Indeed, it is important nowadays
to take the time to stop and to reflect on needs, desires, beliefs, interests… In this
globalized world we are required to manage more things faster out of our comfort zone.
A coach not only listen to what you say, give you the private and confidential space to
do so, but gives you the opportunity to use him or her as a sounding board. You get objective
constructive feedback. All of this to assist you to utilize your full potential.
4. What kinds of individuals do you coach? a. I specialize in international individuals
and organizations. I assist not only expatriates, global entrepreneurs and their families but
organizations which want to make a culture shift and have a positive impact on their
employees, their customers, their community and the world at large.

a. It consists of a holistic approach of the individual in order to provoke sustainable
transformations and changes. Indeed, cultural core values and beliefs systems are assessed,
acknowledged then aligned with the goals you want to achieve.
b. Energy coaching gives you more than just greater performance which mean DOING better.
Energy coaching goes to the core and the essence of an individual or an organization. We call
the core the ultimate driver, the purpose, the mission of someone or an organization.
We don’t patch symptoms, we explore the root cause of any reaction, action, emotion
in order to understand it and to change it if it doesn’t serve the individual or the

a. My personal experience of the expatriation process, my professional experience in global
or multinational organizations in Europe and in the US, my unique process which not only
empower people, enhance experience and enrich life but guarantee a sustainable change.
Enrich Life 4. How does having a coach impact your progress?
a. Like I mentioned it earlier, we have busy life, crazy schedules, we over communicate,
these make people to live in a reaction mode. A situation arise, people simply react the
best they can. I offer my clients, mostly expatriate, 100% international, the opportunity
to sit down in order to explore who they are. So many people don’t know who they truly
are today because they don’t have the time or the right person to help them thinking
about it. When you know who you are, you ultimately can drive yourself to where you want to go,
at the cause of their life and not at the effect. I serve as well the trailing spouse
in order to assist he or she to prepare for this assignment as well not only emotionally
performance at work. If you talk about being assigned to another country or region of the
world, it simply increases the odds of success for the individual, for his new team and for
his organization. The level of engagement of an individual while going through the global
leadership and expat coaching process is amazing. Meanwhile, we tackle not only the cultural
challenges, we develop a deep sense of awareness about behaviors, values, interests and motivators
workplace, you see life on the bright side: you get more time, more meaningful relationships,
more success, more money, more of everything you dream of.
