Hi, I’m Ethan Dunham.
And I’m Paul Frankenberg.
We’re excited to talk to you about Burn Your Resume, a book we’ve written for college
students to provide direction and advise to help them passionately pursue the career of
their choice.
And we’ve been working for two and half years on this book, and it’s a distillation
of our combined professional experience; Paul’s as an executive search professional, and mine,
working with young people.
Now, Burn your resume is a how-to manual; sort of a backstage pass to the career of
your dreams.
It helps you align your passions, skills and interests on that career search to the job
you really want, helping you make that leap from college to career.
Professionally I’ve spoken with and met with tens of thousands of executives across
the country, and the common themes I’ve seen with the most successful is they’re
excited, they’re motivated and they’re passionate about what they’re doing.
And we want to take that advice and direction and align it with a student’s passion and
really help them start their career on a great foundation.
We think this book also has wonderful application for the parents of these college students,
to help be a conversation starter between parent and college student about what they
want to do, what are their interests, and most importantly, how are they going to go
about doing it?
And for you, the college student, as you’re reading the book, we’ve also created an
online community where you can meet with other people facing similar challenges in that job
search, so you don’t have to reinvent the wheel as you go.
We’ll be there, we can work with you, and it’s a great resource for you to use as
you search for the job of your dreams.
So go to our website and opt in, read our book, Burn Your Resume, and we’ll look forward
to talking to you further.
