Hi! I'm Richard Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I am
going to show you how to make some Shepherds Pie. Alright look how great this looks. Everything
is mixed real nice. It is nice colors and the flavor is nice. One last thing we are
going to do is just some fresh pepper, going around maybe once, twice, maybe 3 times. I
eyeball a lot of things and you know as you cook, you start to cook slow going around
once, twice, three times. Throw a little bit over your left shoulder. My mom used to do
that. I don't know why I do it but I guess my kids will do it too. It's a wise tale.
That's it. That is your Shepherds Pie. One bowl and one casserole dish. Your cleanup
should be fairly easy. This will feed a small army. When I come back though, we will really
start putting it together. My oven is set to 350.
