EXCLUDE THE ONE TYPE OF FOOD GROUP YOU ARE PUTTING YOUR BODY TEMPORARILY
IN STARVATION MODE. SO FOR AWHILE YOU'RE LOSING
WEIGHT, BUT AFTER AWHILE IT STARTS TO BACKFIRE ON YOUR BODY ESSENTIALLY.

OF FRUITS, VEGETABLES, WHOLE GRAINS, LEAN PROTEINS AND LOW FAT MILK
AND DAIRY GROUP.

WHOLE GRAIN FOODS, RATHER THAN THE MORE SORT OF REFINED SUGARS
IN PROCESSED FOODS. TRY USING WHOLE-GRAIN BREADS AND
RICES RATHER THAN THE WHITE RICE AND WHITE BREAD.
AND AS MS. FINDLEY WAS SAYING, WE ALWAYS TRY TO DISCOURAGE PEOPLE FROM
CHOOSING THESE FAD DIETS. BECAUSE THEY PUT YOUR BODY AT RISK
IN THAT YOU ARE RESTRICTING CERTAIN FOOD GROUPS YOU'RE REALLY SORT OF TECHNICALLY STARVING
YOURSELF, SO YOU SEE A DRAMATIC WEIGHT LOSS IN IF BEGINNING, WHICH IS
