Alright now you've cut your topper to the correct size of your cello bag. And that's
one of the things I like about these toppers. You can make them for any size cello bag that
you're using. The next thing we're going to do though is make some decoration on the topper
and we're going to stamp on it. The first thing I'm going to do is just give the pink
a little back ground. It's pretty in pink. And this is tone on tone stamping. So you
may not see this as I'm stamping but I'm giving this just a subtle background and it's really
pretty flowers. And when you're stamping I like to stamp a little bit off the paper.
It gives it a nice random look. And there you go for that. But the next thing we're
going to do you're going to be able to see. I'm going to be stamping an Easter chick.
This is one of the things that I fell in love with with this stamp set. Wait until you see
him. So we're going to stamp him right in the middle. And there's the Easter chick.
And what we're going to do is we're going to put some clothes on him because he's a
cute little guy but we need to decorate that egg. So I'm going to take some coordinating
pretty in pink card stock. And what I'm going to do I'm going to stamp that chick again.
But this time I'm just going to cut out the part of the egg with his shell. And I'm using
my paper snips to do this. These are great scissors for cutting paper. They're sharp.
You can get in around the corners nice and easy. And this is going to give the little
Easter chick a little dimension, a little pop. Because we're going to attach this to
him with a stamp in dimensional. Which will lift it off the paper and give it a really
neat 3-D look. So when we come back we'll be applying that to the egg shell and continuing
from there.
