Hey, I'm Layla, and I'm going to show you how to do the ball squeeze.
For this exercise, you're going to need a ball. You're going to take the ball. Just
stick it in between your legs.
This exercise really is going to target the inner thigh area, which is a very hard-to-target
muscle group.
You're going to stick the ball in between your knees and all you're going to do is driving
your knees together. You're just squeezing the ball, pulling from your inner thigh area
and then slowly releasing it.
You squeeze together, really getting deep into that inner thigh area, and then release
it slowly.
You want to keep tension in the inner thighs so don't take the ball all the way out. Don't
take your legs all the way out to the side. Make sure that you keep that constant tension
on that inner thigh muscle.
One of my favorite ways to do this exercise is to squeeze the ball together as tight as
you can and then slowly release the tension from the ball. You want to use all your force
to really squeeze it together, that tight squeeze on the inner thighs and then slowly
release the ball.
You keep that tension.
