Oh, there's the London Eye!
This is a set up. Something else is going on.
It's called Non-Stop. It is non-stop.
It is, and the script was when I first read it. It was like I couldn't put it down, so
that's what we want it to be.
The FBI, the White House and Interpol are confirming reports that an international flight
has been hijacked by an air marshall.
It was just amazing working with him. I've watched him all my life, really. It was amazing
to be in the same space with him and work with him, but he's very... He's a gentle giant,
you know. He's very softly spoken and very polite and yeah, but you just know that he
can, you know, he can kick your *** if you're not careful.
It's the same set of characters throughout, and you're all in this contained area. Did you wind up
getting quite close because it's sort of a family vibe?
Yeah, and it was great for our performance really to kind of have that sort of tension
and atmosphere on set, but what it did was, you know, it was really funny. We were sort
of seeing the funny side of things like, "Excuse me. I'm trying to get over there, and you
have a huge camera in the way." It's a lot of fun. There was a lot of airplane jokes,
you know, from those sell out 70s film.
Someone on this flight is threatening to kill someone every 20 minutes, unless $150 billion
is transferred to this account number.
And because there's such fantastic actors in this film, yourself included, did the director
make you stick to script or were you allowed to sort of improvise a little bit?
There was a little bit of you know, we could play a little bit with the dialogue, which
was great and Jaume [Collet-Serra] really gives you that freedom to play with it a little
bit and kind of add your own sort of flavour to it.
My job is to protect this plane.
