[Sean George] So one thing, and I think everyone should know, is a fact that GGC actually
cares about their students
and they want them to be successful in life. [Bill Glasso] I've been around. I've been, uh,
I've done other college tours. I've been to other colleges. You're not gonna get another experience like that,
that these teachers here,
they're rockin'. They want you to get the good grades. They take the time to get the good grades.
[Briana Kirkland] They're concerned about you. They love what they're teaching.
So that makes it even more enjoyable. [Monse Barrantes] The fact that the teachers want to see you
succeed
and not fail a class, they give more love into what they're doing.
[Sean] When I was a freshman I had a lot of faculty professors who
had me in their class and then you would think as I moved on they would forget about
their old students, but they don't because when they see you in the hallways or
they see around campus they'll actually stop you and ask you,
how are you doing in classes, what's, what's going on. [Dr. Richard Pennington] We just got outta class
yesterday
and I was late to one of my meetings because I was sat with two of my students from that class
just
chatting in my office for, for what should have been five minutes and ended up being half an hour.
We were just chatting. [Dr. Pamela Allen] And truly I believe
that caring is one of the most important things that you can do for
your students.
That doesn't mean that you don't have the expectation, but it does mean that
you're gonna be there to see them succeed.
[Olivia Mugenga] They're not just there to get paid. They are there to help you.
[Chelsea Butler] They want you to do the most that you're capable of doing, even if they're not your professor,
they don't know you.
[Andrew Corbett] I tell my friends about, that's the relationship I have with the staff here.
They can't even fathom it. [Dr. Amber Jarrard] So if you have the desire
to be successful and you want to come to Georgia Gwinnett College,
and do well and graduate, there are people and resources here
that will make that happen.
