Hey guys, so Spring is finally here~ I don't know about you but
I'm soo happy that the sun is finally out and people are
being a bit more colourful now. Today's look is going to be focusing on
orange and pink.
If you want to know how I create this look then just keep on watching!
Ok, to start off we don't want our foundation to slip and slide under the
hot melting sun.
So we're going to be applying a primer
and here I am using a face primer by MAC
now we want to cover up those dark circleessss and here I am using Maybelline Instant
Age Rewind in the shade 'Light'
Shake, shake, shake, shake, shake
Ok, so now I am using my Revlon Colorstay foundation
in the shade '200 Nude' and taking my flat top kabuki brush that I bought from the
expo, I'm going to apply that all over my face and down my neck
just because I don't want my face and my neck to look disconnected
So since the weather is getting hotter, I'm going to be setting my foundation
with Face of Australia Translucent Powder because I'm going to look
pretty shiny without it.
Now using my Skin79 Eyebrow Color in the shade '03'
I'm just gonna fill in my brows. I'm not too sure about you
Buttt filling my left eyebrow is always such a hassle.. :(
So since we are going to be using bright colours, we're going first prime our eyes
and whatever is left on our fingers, we're going to just apply that to the lower part of our eyes.
Now taking a light pink colour, we're going to apply this to the inner thirds of our eyes
I am using the bhCosmetics 2nd Edition palette.
And from the same palette, we will be taking a light orange colour and applying this to
the rest of our eyelids.
Now taking a fushia pink eyeshadow, we are going to be applying this to the outter thirds of
our eyes.
Here I am using MAC single eyeshadow in the colour
'Embrace Me' hmm.. what a romantic name for an eyeshadow..
Now to give the look a bit more depth, I'm going to be taking a brown shadow
from the bh 2nd Edition palette and applying that to the
outter corners of my eyes and onto the crease. Basically ontop of where we put the pink eyeshadow.
Now I'm just retouching up with the colours.
I'm applying Embrace Me ontop of the brown again and to make this look pop
just a bit more, I'm reapplying the pink and orange.
Now taking a matte white shadow from the same
palette, we're gonna highlight our brow bone. And after that you just blend, blend blenddd
Since the bh 2nd Edition palette does not come with a shimmery white
eyshadow,
we will be taking that from our 1st Edition and apply that to the inner corners of our eyes.
And take the same orange, we want to put that in the middle.
And take Embrace Me and apply that to the rest of our eye.
Now using a black gel liner, we will be lining our
eyes and also winging it on the edge.
Here I am using Essence Gel liner
in the number '01, which is called 'Midnight in Paris'
Since we will be using false lashes later, we want to tight line our eyes just
to fill in the gaps. Here I am using Rimmel London
Soft Kohl eyeliner pencil in the colour 'Jet Black'
Now I'm just lining my lower lash line with Jordana's
eyeliner in the colour 'Brown' After that you want to curl your lashes and then apply
Mascara.
I can actually skip this step since my lashes are already curled
But I still curl them for the sake of curling them :D
Finally it's time to apply your falsies! I am using M.O.D.E.L 21 lashes in number 4.
And.. my friend gave me these, so I'm trying these out! And so far, I'm really
liking these. So while waiting for the glue to dry, I am now going to contour my face
with Too Faced Chocolate bronzer, in the shade 'Chocolate'
Now I'm just going back to check if my lashes are in
placeeeeee. After that, I am using LimeLily
Cosmetics blush in the shade 'Marshmallow' hmm.. these names are making me hungry.. ><
Ok so onto the lips, I'm actually using quick a lot of steps but you don't
need to if you don't want to. I am taking Revlon Balm Stain in the
colour 'Lovesick' and gently applying that all over my lips
and blotting that with tissue. Now doing the same thing again but with the
Balm Stain in the colour 'Honey' and since my lips are pretty dry from all
that blotting, I'm gonna apply my lip balm justttt ontop of that.
And that's it! I hope you guys enjoyed that tutorial.
I actually have a few more looks coming up, so stay tune for that
And I'll see you guys soon! Byeeeeeeee~
