their customers with events. An example would be lululemon with yoga in the park,
or Orvis with fly-fishing classes, or it could be Whole Foods hosting cooking classes.
In coupling the retailers that put the emphasis on the experience with their
customers and having them in a venue like an Avalon with its open spaces provides
opportunities for them to do things that they otherwise could not do in an enclosed
regional mall.
