Hi, this is Crystal on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to make my apple caramel
cake. Now we are going to pour in that egg mixer we just combined into our flour mixture.
I'm going to use a spatula to make sure we get all that out, I'm getting the last bit
of the mixture out. So now we are going to grab the electric mixer again and combine
these ingredients. (mixing) You want to make sure that you don't see any dry flour, make
sure it is all wet. As you can see here it looks pretty well combined you don't see any
dry flour in the batter. Now I'm going to add 2 tablespoons of orange juice (pour that
in) and turn on the mixer again and get that all mixed in. Now that the orange juice is
mixed in so now we are going to toss in the apples and pecan mixture now.
