Infertility is a growing problem that we are seeing in society for a number of reasons.
Most of this has been created by society, though. It’s not that disease processes are worsening. It’s not that pollutants are getting into our systems and causing problems. It’s the way society functions.
And what I mean by that is that as women delay childbearing, they’re taking their reproductive years to an advanced stage where it’s much more difficult to get pregnant.
Many of our patients probably would not have any problems if they were trying to conceive in their 20s.
But as our daughters go into higher education and careers, it’s becoming more of a common problem, simply because they’re delaying childbearing.
