>> I think it's a really big issue amongst teenagers 'cos we spend a lot of our lives on the internet
and so it's kind of where we talk to a lot of our friends.
I think it can be really dangerous.
>> I just had two of my closest friends basically just went into my Facebook account and they just read
all my emails and everything, and without my knowledge or anything.
You keep all those secrets to yourself and you deal with them inside your head,
and for someone else to be able to know what's going on inside your head, like,

>> It began like, um, like really small sorts of swearing, language, just things like that.

for them no matter what, be there like if they need someone to talk to in the night or
in the day, if you just want someone just to talk to about it and let a bit of anger out if you need to.
>> How Troy actually helped me through this, it completely changed what I thought
the ending would have been.
>> I think it's important for kids who are getting bullied
to know that there's an option to get out of it and to keep strong and stuff.
>> I don't know, it just feels good to have someone to back you up.
>> Back Me Up.
>> Don't stand by.
>> (Both) It could be you.
