Some people would say: what’s the success formula for a woman, especially in our region?
To exclude the notion she’s a woman, to be a good worker, persistent, honest, moral and ethical.
The starting point for the management of our company is there isn’t any discrimination by religion,
sex, or nationality in human recources selection, neither in decision making key-moments.
How do You adapt in the men’s world of business? Are there any obstacles?
I am manager for 9 years and I can proudly state there haven’t been any obstructions of that kind.
What message will You send to others woman managers?
There might be an essential problem – it’s hard to be a top manager and wife/mother at the same time.
I haven’t been married, neither have a children.
But my main focus point is Comfy Angel, so maybe that’s the main reason for the success.
On the other side, everyone has the power to control his life, so the initiative has to grow up from ourselves,
thus we can realize some sweeping goal.
Providing other people to realize their selves is invaluable thing.
Do You have to make some compromises?
The success is directly dependent of compromises.
The leader has to believe that it’s a circle which moves all the way around.
It’s easier when you know you’ll achieve different levels, so if you can live with this
– you’ll survive the business jungle for sure.
Small and medium businesses often use loans and enter some credit lines.
Is this Your routine for development of the company maybe?
This last period we are focused on the development pretty much.
We are heading new markets in the European countries for two years
and the sales department wouldn’t grow without research and development.
No matter the size of the company, development policy is a must.
It has to be financially fueled, of course.
Macedonian bank for support and development is providing that kind of programs,
so next Friday we will have a meeting for them to present this year’s program.
They’re some European foundations that aims to support the development of the companies.
What do You plan to ask for?
We would definitely try some extraordinary raw materials,
which will help us to be more and more competitive on the European marker.
