Hi, I'm Susan Bellone on behalf of Expert Village. Today we are discussing hand warming
technique for relaxation. In our last segment we visualized a hot sunny day to warm our
hands. In this segment we will continue deeper relaxation. Take a deep breath in, hold it,
let it out and relax. You feel more and more relaxed as the sun warms your hands and your
body, you feel a wave of relaxation come over you. You are relaxed in a hot sunny day and
your hands are warming. Continue to breath comfortably. Your whole body is relaxed and
warm. Now take a deep breath in and inhale and relax let it out. In our next segment
we will be coming out of our relaxation and going on with our day.
