I started mentoring my mentee, Don'Trae, four years ago. I always thought about doing it,
it always seemed like a good idea.
We were both nervous when we first met, but we kind of, everything kind of fell in to
place.
Mentoring is important to anyone who's pretty fortunate in life to have a little bit of
time to pass on that knowledge.
Etienne is a very close friend -- I look at him as a brother and a father figure. He taught
me, just focus on the big picture, because I would like to give back, just like Etienne
gave back to me.
