You have the option of saving your recording to an Animated Image which is a GIF file that will play a looping animation when loaded into a web browser.
This is usually only useful if you have a very short and small recording. For example a recording that is under 10 or 15 seconds and smaller than 500px width and height.
Also GIF files support less colors than other formats so you might notice some color change from your original recording.
The image files will only contain the video and not audio from your recording but you can use the captions feature if you'd like to add captions to show at the bottom.
Whats useful about an Animated image is that it can play on any web browser without the need for a plugin. This includes mobile devices such as iPhones.
Its also handy for posting images online when in a forum, wiki, or other site that only allows embedding an image instead of a movie.
