Hi, I'm Derek with thehealthytrucker.net. Today, we're going to show you a simple ab
exercise you can do out on the road, anytime, anywhere. And i've got a 5 pound medicine
ball, you don't necessarily have to have this to do it, but for demonstration purposes i'm
gonna include it. So an exercise you can do out on the road is called toe touches. You
just wanna lay back on your back, get your legs as close to ninety degrees as you can.
If you have a medicine ball and you want to use it you can hold that up and just try to
touch your toes. Get about 5-10 in of these and your going to start to feel that burn.
A good target for total amount of reps is going to be about 15 - 20. This is a great
place to start if you want to start working on that core, strengthening up those muscles
