Let's have fun doing postabouts. This is a little term that I gave to an idea that I
have, which involves this little guy right here which is a tack. And postabouts are just
little tiny posters or little tiny signs that you get to postabout in your own personal
environment, especially if you are just beginning ok. But there are all kinds of postabouts.
This is a postabout that I give out to all my tai chi people. Since relax is the this
like the really big deal in tai chi here's a little, is like a little mini poster and
people can just, it's a printed item, and people can just tack it up. And here's another
one it's a little printed item it says, do it in the sacred way. And this again is something
that just can get tacked up somewhere, anywhere. Here's another guy that says, thank you for
your silence. And I gave a whole bunch of these to the local library. Here's a gentle
reminder, from supercalligraphics, always be present. Oh by the way you know what this
is? It's a magnet. So now you can do refrigerator art with your postits. You can just buy this
magnet at some place like Staples and stick on your art and so here are some more postits.
Excuse me not postits, postabouts. Peace is a frame of mind. Awake thou that sleepests.
Open. You don't have to be a great calligrapher to do these. Forgiveness. Gratitude. Gentle
reminders. Think happy. And that very important question, why delay joy? Gentle reminder,
pray without ceasing. Oh, and practice plus one more thing, if it's good enough you can
put it in a frame but it's still just a little guy, this says, benevolence.
