Hi guys! My name is J and I'm talking to you on behalf of expertvillage.com, and we are
going to move on with the garnishing section of my video. As far as garnishes goes, garnishing
basically is something that you're going to add on top of the food or to the plate to
make it look nice. Now, I have these beautiful squirt bottle that I use all the time for
presentation. In here I got a hot sauce that I made. You can use any type of hot sauce,
but if you want to put it in this squirt bottle it's a lot easier to make beautiful presentations
with. I got this other squirt bottle, which I put our sauce that I made earlier, that
avocado, sour cream, and jalapeno sauce. I put inside this beautiful squirt bottle. You
see that it's kind of not squirting, what you want to do is you kind of get that tip.
You that tip right there? I cut it off just a little bit more because it was getting stuck
earlier, so I had to make a bigger tip. If your sauce isn't as creamy and as thin so
where it goes down you nozzle, you've got to cut it off to make it go down the nozzle.
I'm going to use this yellow bell pepper for presentation. I'm also going to use a little
bit of avocado. I'm going to slice it up for a garnish. I'm also going to use some chopped
up cilantro. You want to chop that up real fine. As you can see, I've already done it.
If you want to use cilantro and spinach mixture you can do that too, but this is just cilantro.
That is it for my garnishes. You can be creative with this. If you want to use the red bell
pepper you can, or green you can do that. I like the good contrast of red, yellow, and
green, which we're going to be using today. Thank you.
