Hi my name Rachel Deon for Expert Village. We're going to make sure that the jars have
no drops of water inside because the water might have bacteria that grow very fast inside
the jelly. We heat the oven to the lowest temperature so that the jars won't explode.
And now we're going to place the jars upside down with the lids inside the oven. We're
going to leave it inside for about 5 minutes there's no need for more. And after 5 minutes you can shut the heat down
it will to continue to dry up if there is something inside. After all the water dried
up and the jars are warmed once we put the jelly in and close the jars it's going to
get air tight and we can store outside the refrigerator. Which is very helpful when needing
a place to store the jars from a large batch.
