Heather: Hey guys this is Heather from healthyeatingstartshere.com. Okay, I am super excited because I put together
a free three day meal plan because I wanted to give not just recipes, but show you how
to put those recipes together into balanced means and those meals into a balanced over
all day of healthy food. So, my three-day meal plan has breakfast, lunch, dinner plus
snacks. So you know exactly what to eat and not only
have I put the meals and the recipes together, but I’ve made it at different calorie levels
that you can learn different portion sizes. I don’t really like to calorie count, but
I do like to show how to portion things appropriately for your needs. So someone who is small, who
doesn’t do much activity is going to need less calories than someone who is taller or
who runs everyday or something like that. So there is a range of calorie levels and
portion sizes that you can choose from and everything is free. It includes a grocery
list and all of the nutritional info for each food, each meal, each day all broken down
for you. So you can see exactly what is going on. You
can figure things out and then what I hope is that you’ll learn from the meal plan
how to put recipes together into balanced nutrition for yourself on a plant-based diet
