So I have rolled up five, six, seven is very simple. I am going to take both my left and
my right arms; I am going to bend them to a broken T. So both my left and right arms
will bend to a broken T. I have rolled with my left arm, grabbed above my head on six,
seven I am going to hit a broken T. Now notice that my shoulders are not so relaxed that
my arms are almost touching each other. They are nice and tight. If I were to extend them
into a T, they would look like this. But I am going to break them, there is a little
bit of space between my fists to allow for a good body position that the audience can
see. I am not covering myself by crouching over or by using poor posture. I am still
very, very elongated with my arms in a T. So I have rolled five, six, broken T on seven.
I am right in front of my shoulders, my fists are right in front, but I am not touching.
