IP-HandOver is a communication between mobile devices and ground via wireless LAN.
For example it is used for WiFi access or delivering movies.
So, what is the outline for this solution?
The characteristic of this system is that the communication will not be interrupted while the mobile user is on the move.
What is unique about this solution?
It is proven that the communication wasn't interrupted while the user was moving at the speed of 330 km/h.

He is actually receiving a movie while driving on the course.
As you can see there is no interruption.
This is the video of the car going at 330km/h.
We used a sports car and it was going very fast.
We had several cars to collect data.
This is a little small, but it is from the moving car.
The movie is sent continuously without any interruption.
We were using an oval course to conduct this test.
Lastly, we brought the equipment in to the car, and have them send a movie to us using this Course By Fee Hand Over system.
We created a system to simulate the move.
It is moving at 100km/h and the device is set for mobile use.
We are demonstrating that the video does not get interrupted during the move.
We are receiving the video smoothly.
So, 300km per hour, that's very fast.
We don't think any other devices could handle smooth communication at this speed.
So it's as fast as a sports car and as fast as Shinkansen, right?
We believe this system could be used for high-speed railway, racing cars or airplanes.

A skydiver can take a video while skydiving and send it to people on the ground so they can see the scenery.
