Pagano>> You know, I believe students have
and innate care... curiosity... about science
and I think too often in the science education process they're turned
off to science...
and often become science-phobic, or chemo-phobic ether if they're
afraid if the chemistry learning.
And I think it's important for teachers throughout the entire
spectrum of student learning to be able to grab
on to that innate care and curiosity about science because
careers in science are strong right now.
They're projected to be even stronger. The United States wants to stay competitive
in the fields of STEM
and STEM type disciplines. We have to
foster their education and grab onto their curiosity and and foster
that...
move them through science degrees and get them into quality
jobs contributing as a scientifically informed citizen.
