>> Meet Terry Dawg, the University
of Georgia Bulldogs Mascot.
He's here to show you where the big dawg really eats.
Let's tag along as he heads into Snelling Dining Commons,
one of our award winning dining facilities for a bite to eat.
University of Georgia Food Services uses a state
of the art identification system that reads customers hands.
Once it recognizes Harry's paw, it lets him into the food court.
Now Harry is a hungry kind of guy so it takes a lot
of chow to fill him up.
Fortunately for Harry and our customers,
food services operates on all you care
to eat system 24 hours a day
with an incredible variety of delicious foods.
You never go away hungry from our dining facility.
Harry checks in at the Sanford Grill to pick
up his fresh grilled hamburger.
Then finishes up with some fresh baked pepperoni pizza
at Georgio's [assumed spelling] Pizza and Pasta.

Another of our meal plan centers is Oglethorpe Dining Commons,
affectionately known as O House.
Centrally located, it's a great place to meet for lunch.
There's a tremendous selection at Stacks [phonetic] Deli,
an array of items at O Hacienda [phonetic] or perhaps a stop
at Coops [phonetic] for a made
to order omelet is what you'll [inaudible].
As for Harry, it's hard to get pass the bountiful
and healthful temptations at the Trading Market,
grilled to perfection and offered
with fresh rolled sushi nightly.
And Harry caps off his meal with a cappuccino
or a raspberry mocha latte whipped up for you
by the Joe at the O Barista.
Weekend service is provided at O House and includes a lavish,
beautifully decorated and delicious Sunday buffet complete
with flowers on the tables and live music.

Closest to the high residence hall,
Bolton Dining Commons is the largest food service facility
not only in seating capacity but in number of food choices.
Just check out the selection Harry.
A stop at the nutrition education station helps Harry
make nutritious food choices.
Although all the food looks great tonight, Harry is ready
for some South Carolina Gamecock wings seasoned hot
and spicy just for Harry.
You can select a hot dog, harvest burger
or grilled chicken sandwich from the Arch Deli and Grill
or maybe pasta with marinara sauce from the Pasta Place.
And you can wrap up your meal
from the tantalizing dessert selections at Sweet Temptations
or by making the ice cream sundae of your dreams.

A friend is joining Harry for lunch
at our newest dining facility, The Village Summit,
located on east campus.
He starts his meal with a very popular sourdough bread bowl
of soup and heads straight to Toss of the Day
for a fresh Caesar salad.
Next, a piping hot custom Georgio's pizza is waiting
for Harry.
Extra cheese please.
Harry finishes his meal with a fat free light
and luscious smoothie, a perfect way
to get refreshed for Saturday's game.
A new meal plan center will offer Harry
and his friends dining options on UGA's health sciences campus.
Set to open this fall, the Nitch will feature upscale entrees
and sides served up in a modern bistro style atmosphere.

Our dining facilities are great every day but take a look
at them when there's something special going on.
Food services offers several special events every semester
and they really put on the dog with live music
and sometimes fried Florida Gator.
There's the annual bulldog bite homecoming dinner
and some events that are educational as well
as exceptional dining experiences.
You can enjoy the 5 star dinner in which award winning entrees
and desserts
from internationally known restaurants
and hotels are prepared.
And there's the award winning taste of home event
in which hundreds of students' families submit recipes.
After selection by the dining hall management teams,
student favorites are prepared and served with credit given
to the families who submitted their recipes.
