Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, Tx on behalf
of Expert Village I'm here to show you a creole shrimp sausage recipe. Now were going to put
some green onions in the mix so cut some green onions or some scallions if you like. Were
going to use both the white and the green of the green onion so were just going to slice
it length wise all the way up. And in this recipe we really don't have to separate the
green from the white cause it's all going through the grinder. It should be mixed together
so once again it's those colors and the flavor from the green onion it's a nice mild flavor.
Like I say you don't have to separate them so we have our green onions both the top and
the bottom the white bottom, and that green top chopped up a little bit here. Ready to
put aside till it's time for it's next appearance in this recipe, green onions and scallions
all chopped lets move on.
