What a lovely intro! What is going on guys? Headhunter here with some flawless TDM MOAB
gameplay with the Assault Strike Package, provided by my homeboy Tom. But I'm not here
to talk about the gameplay today, even though it is very impressive. Trust me on that one.
I'm here to welcome you guys to the second part of my Modern Warfare 3 improvement list.
This is quite a short video, so let's get things started. In my last Modern Warfare
3 video, we talked about a few major problems that this game has and how to fix them. First
of all, dedicated servers are needed to counter the lag issues and teh lag compensation need
to be completely eliminated. Some weapon re-balances need to be made, so people won't use just
5 weapons out of the 40-something in the game. Deathstreaks need to be completely removed
aswell, 'cause they just frustrate the players doing well and don't help the new players
at all. Blind Eye should be swapped with Hardline. Hardline becomes a Tier 1 Perk and Blind Eye
becomes a Tier 2 Perk, so it cannot be stacked with Assassin. And, oh boy, speaking of Assassin.
What kind of friggin' ignorant game developer would put so many abilities into a single
individual Perk. Assassin Pro hides you from the UAV, cancels out Marksman, on of the best
Perks in the game, it cancels out the Counter-UAV and the EMP, which is one of the strongest
Killstreaks in Modern Warfare 3 and also removes your Name Indicator, so you can blend into
walls like inspector Clouseau in that scene in "Pink Panther", hilarious movie by the
way. If you haven't already chekced it out, you should, it's tons of fun. So let's get
back to topic. Assassin also renders you immune to Heartbeat Sensors and to the Portable RADAR
and, I'm not finished, ontop of that, it can now be stacked with Blind Eye and Dead Silence,
so you are completely invisible to everything. Drastic changes need to be made regarding
this Perk, it slows down the pace of the game, hell, it even made me unwilling to buy Modern
Warfare 3! It's Pro abilities need to get nerfed. It won't make you immune to the Counter-UAV
and the EMP anymore and it won't hide you from the Motion Sensors either and it won't
cancel out Marksman, at all. Perks that cancel it out are needed. It is Recon, and now it
is also Marksman. The Motion Sensor concealment ability now goes to Dead Silence, like back
in Modern Warfare 2, which now gets canceled out by SitRep, like it should be in the first
place. So, after these changes, the EMP and the Counter-UAV seem out of control, right?
They are not an issue at all. Counter-UAVs can get shot the *** down and since the EMP
can't get countered by anything, the value of the EMP in the Support Package is raised
from 18 points to 24 points. And, speaking of the Support Package, the Stealth Bomber
gets transfered to the Assault as a 9 Pointstreak, so people won't spamm it and score no-skill
multikills anymore. The UAV is also removed from the Support Package, so people can now
feel free to use Perks other than Assassin. The Advanced UAV's feed is now constant, so
it is now actually worth using as a Poinstreak choice. So, with the Perks and the guns and
the Killstreaks now re-balanced, what's the next big issue that this game has? The spawining
system. Now when you spawn, you spawn away from your enemies, like you did in Black Ops,
where you had that 3-second time delay before you meet any sort of enemy. You might have
noticed, when you spawn in and there is like an enemy AC-130 above you, you have a few
seconds where you are immune to that Killstreak. Now, while in this protection mode, you are
unable to lock on your Anti-Aircraft launcher on that Kilsltreak. This will help people
spawn without getting *** by Killstreaks and will not harm the player that actually
uses that Killstreak. Tactical Insertions are now completely
removed, 'cause most people use them only for boosting. I mean, have you joined a Kill
Confirmed game nowadays? It's madness! And they are also an inferior choice compared
to other equipment items, so that's why I decided to remove them completely. And also,
a tad bit better map design and a DLC price reduction can't hurt. I mean, let's be honest
guys. The DLCs that the CoD community is delivered are not worth 15 bucks, at all, I mean, they
are just poor compared to the money that the people give to the company that makes them.
These are the changes that I would make to Modern Warfare 3, if I was a game developer.
Again, this video is not meant to bash the game at all, but rather point out a few mistakes
and give some solutions to them. This game had the potential to be one of the best shooters
out there, but it clearly isn't, due to many minor issues that could easily be fixed, but
they are not. If you like the solutions that I showcased, please don't forget to rate the
video and if you really want to, subscribe. As always, this has been Headhunter with the
weirdest intro on YouTube, signing out. Keep it real people. Peace!
