Hi, I'm Chef Issac from Cuisines by Issac and today I'm going to discuss how to make
Irish Soda Bread. Now this step we are going ahead to check and make sure it is done. We
are going to have a look in the oven and it has risen really nicely. It is nice and golden
brown. I'm going to grab some hot pads here, pull it out a bit and then take it out. In
order to check if it is done you are going to push on it a little bit and if it bounces
right back, it is done. Now we are going to take it while it is hot and let it cool for
a little bit, primarily, because the recipe asks for it to cool. But, personally, I like
to slice it hot and put butter on it.
