JULIE CARY: We're very optimistic about the second
half of 2010.
We're already seeing some very positive signs that consumers
are traveling more.
Business travel is definitely coming back.
So we're very optimistic about what the second half
represents, and really looking at how we can drive more
revenue, as well as more profit, and optimize the rate
that we're charging, as well, to get more out of
every room we sell.
So we're very optimistic about that.
This time of year, we always look at, OK, we had a plan
that we put together.
Do all the things that we laid out to do for the whole year
still make sense?
Or are there some things that we need to change for the back
half of the year?
So this time of year, I think it's filled with optimism, and
then about optimization.
How do we continue to correct what we're doing, do different
things than maybe we thought we should do at the beginning
of the year, based upon the changes that we're seeing in
the marketplace?
So we're very excited about the last half of 2010.
