Now.
Up in the remote Villages of Nepal.
The only edible substances is Corn... specially in very remote areas.
Corn
and they
farmers don't have enough lands or land is not suitable for growing rice.
So what they do ?
Corn is available. (Because it can grow in hills too!)
They plant corns every where... and...
And this is a grain of corn, it's very affordable. It's a popcorn really.
In Modern countries, corn is pretty much a snack.
But in Our country's Rural Area (Nepal), it's a food
It's part of a meal. They...
I think there is 2 or 3 ways to eat it.
One way : When they are (Green Corn) rip
Fresh Corn
Just roast them and eat them. They are awesome (meal)
When they are fully grown, they are left dried and hanged in bunches to last longer.
And later, you just take them out and remove the Carnels.
and then you make your popcorn.
Unlike the popcorns in other culture
... They expect your popcorn to be fluffy
No. They don't expect them to be fluffy.
No. they just need the corn to be crunchy
