If you'd like to apply to use the credit facility on your Personal Account Plus
you can do it 24/7 through Online Account Management.
If you don't have the Personal Account Plus but would like to see if you're eligible
give our Money Managers a call to check on 08444 155 155.
To apply to use the credit facility, just log in and click 'Credit Facility' on the left.
You can borrow either £100 or £200
and you can select this from the 'Credit Amount' drop down box.
You'll then need to tell us when you want to repay the money
within the next 30 days.
You can select an income from the drop down box
but if you'd like to pick a different date, you can enter this here.
When you've chosen your repayment date, just click 'apply'
You'll then get the chance to review your application
which will show the amount you applied for, when you plan to repay it
the interest and the total amount you'll repay.
Have a read through the details and
if you're happy, click 'next'
Then carefully read through all the important information and click 'apply'
You'll then be told the outcome of your application.
Whether it's accepted or unsuccessful, you'll get a text confirming this.
If your application is successful, available funds will be transferred to your card account immediately.
If the full amount you applied for doesn't become available on the card account
it may be being held back for bills, to cover a shortfall
or to pay a Direct Debit or standing order due out the same day.

when a decision has been reached - normally within a couple of hours.
