Hi, I'm Melina Piroso and welcome to Expert Village. And this next step we're going to
sew our cap sleeve. And we're going to sew a little under a 1/2 inch from our border,
and we are going to try to make sure that we try to keep everything straight. The last
thing you want is to have a bumpy sleeve; unless you intended for a bumpy sleeve. And
we're gonna start right at the arm pit where there is already a seam. You always what to
start someplace that's hidden, because when you start you are going to do a few stitches
forwards and backwards to secure your sewing, so you always want to start somewhere that's
kind of hidden. The armpit is probably the most hidden, so we are going to start with
that.
And like I mentioned earlier; it is very important to not pull this fabric, you just want to
keep your hand behind to kind of guide it into place. Hold it here and guide it, but
you don't want to pull it through So, that's going to really fit nicely around the shoulder.
