Alright, so, nowadays games come in 5.1 channel audio,
so, why shouldn't you take advantage of that?
It makes perfect sense that if you're paying for a 5.1 channel game,
that you should use 5.1 channel audio.
And on top of that, it gives you an advantage,
you get situational awareness, you can hear people coming up behind you,
you can hear the direction of gunshots
and, with a headset like this, it's gonna bring you
a whole host of advantages, as well as enjoyment, to your games,
simply because you actually get to hear that much more of what's going on in your game.
If you're ever on, like a really big map of, let's say, Call of Duty 4, and,
you're playing just against a few other people,
and there's only a few of you left on the map on an elimination round,
you can find that guy, wherever he's shooting from, you find him,
'cause you can hear him. Excellent stuff.
Now, you're looking at the Tritton AX51 Pro. These are some really sharp looking headsets.
Just so you know, these light up orange when you plug them in.
Pretty much, you have your felt on the inside here,
or you can switch them out, because they also come with leather,
so if you wanna switch to leather, you can.
You also have the top head-pad in leather, which right now is in felt.
So, incredible, incredible-looking. You have your microphone right here,
which is completely adjustable, you can pull these out if you want.
This is a 5.1 channel headset, so it's actually, the way this works,
what's cool about it, is that you get this interface box, and,
you can actually adjust each channel, Front, Rear, Left and Subwoofer, independently.
So, you hold the button down, and then from there,
you can increase, or lower, that channel's volume,
separately from the rest. Or, you can control the entire channel right here.
You can also do you your mic volume, right here, and you can mute your mic as well.
Now, if you're gonna play with these on a PC,
you're gonna be using your general, four, you know, your four audio jack cables.
So these are 3.5mm audio jacks. These are gonna be
your Front, Rear, Center and Subwoofer, so that's gonna bring you
a 5.1 channel audio, six channels in total, from these four cables.
It also hooks up right here, so you got this little connector right here.
This is, kind of, unnecessary, but it works, because Tritton makes more than one model.
This is the Analog, there's also a USB version, and there's also an S/PDIF version.
So depending on what type of audio setup you currently have,
you get the right one.
This is probably gonna be the second most universally, the USB being the first,
and the S/PDIF being the least universal use, but also the best and most effective,
because it's optical, it's gonna sound the best.
But these are for everybody. Also, right here, these are your power connectors,
so this is where you're gonna hook up your AC adaptor used to power them.
Pretty much, you're gonna just use a regular 12 Volt power connector,
and it's gonna hook up right here, and that's also provided in the box.
Now, moving on, let's talk a little bit about what's inside of,
of these cups right here. Now, first of all, these are hard-core.
You got eight Precision Drivers, four per cup.
So, in here there's four drivers, there's two 40mm's for the Front,
two 30mm's fro the Rear, two 30mm's for the Center,
and two 30mm's for the Subwoofer. So that's eight in total, four per side.
That's what's gonna give you that real, true Surround Sound,
it's gonna let you actually hear people coming up behind you,
stuff like that. Another thing I'll mention about these
is the extremely long cord you get with them, 12 and a half feet of cord,
so you're definitely not gonna run out of space here.
This is a cord that will go around the longest, biggest desk,
all the way around, if your computer's hooked up to your television,
and your television's up on the wall, you have 12 and a half feet
that you can get to it. Not gonna be a problem at all.
The microphone, is noise-eliminating. It cancels out some sounds over here,
so, it sounds really good if you're doing a TeamSpeak, if you're doing tournaments,
or if you're doing land-parties, and you wanna have the best,
you actually need to have that team communication perfectly,
you're gonna like that a lot, as well.
And, the incline controller, as well, makes everything really easy to adjust.
If you're playing a game that doesn't have 5.1, you can lower certain channels,
if the bass is bothering you, you can turn it down, it's really up to you.
And, plus, it's really simple to use, 'cause, again, it's all analog,
just, very, very simple to use, and they're extremely comfortable,
so you can actually wear these, I'd say, easily for four to five hours,
without taking them off at all, and you'll still be pretty comfortable.
You take them off for a little while, put them back on,
you get another five or six hours, of break-time, of playing time,
because they are, again, really, really comfortable.
This is probably, maybe number one in comfort, that I've ever felt.
I have the S/PDIF versions, and I can wear them for hours,
without getting that, just like numbing ear-pain, that really sucks.
So, these are the AX51 Pros, remember? These are analog?
3.5mm jacks? That's what makes these- these.
They have the USB, they have the S/PDIF... Analog.
