Hi everybody. I'm Terri Clark and I'm looking so forward to celebrating Canada Day in the
capital. I'll see you July 1st.
Anyone hearing him for the first time will be impressed by the versatility of this multi-talented
artist.
Born in Dakar and now a resident of Quebec: Karim Ouellet.
Hi. My name is Karim Ouellet and I'd like to take a few seconds to invite you to the
Canada Day concert
being held in Ottawa, the nation's capital, on July 1st. I'll be one of the performers
and you're all invited. I hope to see you on July 1st."
We have another British Columbian who is coming to Parliament Hill. A young performer who
I've come to know very well
over the past few years, with a beautiful voice, and she'll be singing Oh Canada
to start the Canada Day celebrations on the Hill. A young artist named Jennifer Gillis.
Hi Canada. Bonjour Canada. I'm Jennifer Gillis from Coquitlam, British Columbia, and I can't
wait to sing
the national anthem for you on Canada Day on the Parliament Hill. It's going to be such
a beautiful day. I can't wait. See you there!
We have another special guest, a very unique guest. And now that he's back on Earth,
I know that Canadians will be very happy that the first Canadian Commander of the International
Space Station,
Chris Hadfield, will also make a special appearance during the show.
This July 1st, my crewmate, Tom Marshburn and I will be in Canada's capital to celebrate
Canada Day.
We hope to see you there. Bonjour. Je serai heureux d'être dans la capitale de notre
pays pour célébrer la fête du Canada.
J'ai hâte de vous y voir.
So, I'm inviting all Canadians to join us on Parliament Hill this coming July 1st to
proudly celebrate
Canada Day and see these wonderful artists from all across the country.
Come celebrate our artists, our heritage, and Canada Day.
Thank you all for being here and I'll look forward to seeing you all on Canada Day.
