A perfect day in New York for me would be a Saturday when I get to wake up a little
bit late, have a little bit of a lazy morning. And then walk slowly over to the Standard.
Meet some friends for brunch, a long brunch like a nice couple of hours; take time there,
talk about the week, talk about what's going on. And then go up and walk the high line.
Take some nice river views in from the Hudson and watch the construction, what's going on.
And then walk down to Chelsea Market and pick up some fresh produce, some fish to cook at
night, fresh fish. That's really the perfect day for me. And just strolling around the
city.
