We're going to make a twisted swan
It's a cocktail inspired by the movie black swan
starring mila kunis and natalie portman
It's Dobel, a brand of tequila who invented this cocktail
It's sweet and can be drunk for dessert
There are 2 layers
the bright one represents the white swan
the dark one represents the black swan
Black swan is about ballet dancing
the movie is famous for its beautiful... dance scenes
anyway
to make a twisted swan you'll need
dobel tequila produced in mexico
it's a lovely bottle
this tequila is filtered and therefore colorless
classic amaretto liqueur
and chambord liqueur from France
made of black and red raspberries
you can use blakcurrant liqueur instead
but it's not as chic as Chambord
Grab a martini glass, a shaker and 3 or 4 ice cubes
cool the glass with some ice
Add 1 oz of Tequila
1/2 oz of Amaretto
Add 1 and 1/2 oz of Chambord
shake and strain
now you have to make two well separated layers
poor very carefully and slowly on the glass
there it is. It doesn't work at all
I've made many tests but each time the two layers are mixed together
there must be a serious density problem
Nevertheless, it's pretty good to drink
even if the Chambord overwhelms too much the Tequila
