Hi, I'm Leah Schaefer on behalf of Expert Village and today, we're going to learn how
to make my chicken with ciabatta and sausage stuffing and a side of dressing. So, our twenty
minutes has passed, and I'm going to take a look and see if the chicken is ready. We
should not be able to see any pink, any juices in that are in there should be running clear,
there's no juices at all, so that is a really good sign to me that the chicken is ready.
You can see the cheese has also browned up really, really nicely. We're just going to
get ready to put on the plate and add the sauce to. The chicken is all done and we're
going to check on the dressing as well and it is looking great. You'll see that it's
really come together. The top of the bread has browned a little bit, that's from that
butter that I put on there, it's looking great! So, we'll set it down there, next to the chicken.
We'll put everything together on the plate with the sauce.
