Bronkhorst Cori-Tech is specialized in low-flow
Mass Flow Meters & Controllers for liquids and gases.
The direct mass flow measuring principle is based on Coriolis force.
This measuring principle is independent of fluid properties
and is therefore both very accurate and highly flexible.
Bronkhorst Cori-Tech offers flow measurement solutions
from as low as 0.1 g/h to a maximum of 600 kg/h.
Bronkhorst offers the world's lowest flow rates and most compact instruments based on the Coriolis technique.
In addition to continuous flow control by means of regulating valves,
the instruments are also suited for batch dosing processes.
The mass flow meter is equipped with a fast and accurate counter function
and can control pumps as well as valves.
The combination of precise instruments and advanced filling application firmware
is called CORI-FILL technology.
This complete package saves the user both time and money.
The Coriolis Mass Flow Meter is electrically connected to a Bronkhorst control valve.
The PID controller, integrated on the printed circuit board of the flow meter,
actuates the valve, or alternatively, a dosing pump.
In this example the Coriolis Meter is set to dose batches of 10 grams each.
The display of the scales shows you that the measured weight
exactly increases by 10 grams per shot.
Bronkhorst CORI-FILL technology is based on Mass
and therefore much more accurate than other principles
that are usually based on volume flow.
You can consider the mass flow controller as an inline weighing scale
for flowing mass, without the disadvantages of a traditional scales.
The Coriolis Mass Flow Meter can also measure density and temperature.
By using the actual measured density
the Coriolis meter can easily convert mass flow to volume flow,
therefore it is also possible to control volume flow
with high accuracy.
