So how can someone prevent heart disease with the Mediterranean Diet? There's been a lot

the Mediterranean Diet involve the intake of omega-3 fatty acids or fish oils. The diet
is rich in fresh fish, olive oil, and nuts and avoids foods that are high in saturated
fats like red meat. There have been a lot of trials in cardiology about which is the
most healthy diet for people to follow.
And in truth, the Mediterranean Diet has come out on top. The Mediterranean Diet can lead
to decreased high blood pressure, lower your cholesterol and decrease rates of heart attack
and stroke. In order to decrease your chances of heart disease we recommend making these
