We have programs that are for freshman that if they're interested in Greek life
they can send us information and get stuff throughout the year, invites to events
and things like that so it's basically just kind of a year long
process of
planning this week. Recently we've just been working a lot with
logistics and trying to make sure we get as many people to sign up to go through recruitment
as possible
In my rush process, I met
some of my best friends today
whether they ended up in the same group as I did or not
and i I ended up being very close with them all because of that rush process because
we ended up meeting each other and we talked a lot.
The main thing is to keep an open mind. I know a lot of
people will go into rush with one or two fraternities or sororities in mind, but it's always
good to keep it open mind and just talk talk talk and
you meet a lot of new people and it's just a really good time.
I think if you got to give it a try. If you're just going to say no to it then you're not taking full advantage of your full
college experience especially and Augustana.
It's a once in a lifetime experience and
college is all about experiencing something new.
I just think you got to go for it and experience what college has to offer for you.
