I put all my egg whites into the pie cream, and I whisk it,
and then I realize I should have used a mixer for this,
and done it the way that I was taught,
because this isn't meringue.
This is, like, a liquid milkshake type thing.
So I turn around, and there's this disgusting black goop
all around my pan.
There's a lot of smoke in that pan.
What is in that?
Oh my gosh, it's really bad.
I burnt all of my candy, and I don't have anymore.
Nothing's going the way I planned, and I am freaking out.
OK, folks.
10 minutes left on the clock.
If Emma burned all her green apple ant candy,
she doesn't have any to use for her dessert,
and it's as if she left a basket ingredient off her plate.
I'm not gonna let my burnt sauce get in my way right now.
I take out some heavy cream, because I like
to use that in everything, and I'm thinking,
I have eggs and pancetta.
This is, like, a breakfast meal.
All right, junior chefs, five minutes
only remaining on the clock.
They're gonna think that I have some serious guts.
I will do whatever it takes to make it all the way to the end.
