So now that I've got the pointer set properly. I'm going to show you how to throw another
piece so that it will be the same size. Again, center that piece of clay. Leave yourself
about a half an inch, in the bottom. Compress the floor with a curved rib. Now as you pull, you're going to be looking
more at the pointer. Then you are at the piece that you're working with. Remembering that
I want the outer corner of this cup. The upper corner to reach the lower corner of my pointer.
So that's about the right size. And I just need to go back in and shape this so that
the shape will match the other piece that I threw. And then just make however many of
those as you want. Tea cups in your set. Set them aside to dry. And I'll show you how to
trim them and how to put on handles.
