Hello and welcome to Episode 12 of WorldVentures Live,
where we read the news, so you don't have to! I'm your host Scott Caldwell. Well,
it's been five months since we last saw each other and 2012 is FLYING BY. For those of
you just joining us, it has been a monster year for WorldVentures. UNITED! was a massive
success with over 4,000 Reps from all over the globe taking over Las Vegas for an unforgettable
weekend. We launched the new Wings dog tags, Rovia got RateShrinker, we launched the Living
Proof magazine, Mike Azcue brought back the gumballs, and we rolled out our Core Values,
just to name a few. Then we saw Momentum! in South Africa and Singapore, Journey in
Hawaii, and two rockin' months of Regionals in the U.S. and abroad. And that brings us
to July. We're deep into summer and it's hot outside in Texas, but just cuz we're wearing
shorts doesn't mean we've slowed down at the home office, we've got some BIG stuff happening.
We'll try to keep it short, but we've got a lot to cover. So, put down the sun screen
for a minute and listen up, here's the news. First up, Millionaire Boot Camp! Hot on the
heels of our first-ever sold out training event in Cyprus, with 1500 International Reps,
we had a record-breaking SOLD OUT Millionaire Boot Camp in the STATES with over 4,000 in
attendance. It was absolutely ridiculous. The event kicked off on Thursday night with
the Silver Bullet Bimmer Bash. Special thanks to Bob Schick & Juliana de Bres for coordinating
the mother of all tailgate parties. The lot was packed with silver BMWs and everyone had
an awesome time. Then Friday, 111 Bimmers caravanned into Boot Camp where they were
greeted by a crowd of hundreds. All said and done we had about 180 BMWs parked at the event
during the weekend, and we successfully raised $37,000 to benefit the Manifest Foundation.
So to all our drivers, and all the teams who supported them, thank you for participating!
From there, Boot Camp was just flat out amazing. We had killer training from Byron Schrag,
Jeremy Larsen, Johnny Wimbrey, Kari Schneider, Jefferson Santos, Eric Grzybowski, and of
course, your Master Sergeant, the one and only Marc Accetta. We also heard a state of
the union from Mike Azcue, and a really special message on leadership and freedom from Wayne
Nugent, who delivered it wearing his U.S. Marine Corps dress blues. Between that content,
the fun culture-building at the Denim & Diamonds party Saturday, and a flash mob from Emily
Guerin and the RAT Pack ladies doing their rendition of "Call Me, Maybe" well, let's just
say it was a weekend you had to see to believe. Of course, one of the biggest things coming
out of Boot Camp was the new .biz website and the new back office. As you've no doubt already
experienced, WorldVentures just took our online game to the next level. The .biz website and
back office both got a total overhaul, and finally, six and a half years later, we are
mobile friendly! You can now watch the movies and sign someone up from your iPhone, iPad,
Android, or other smart phone devices. And once someone gets started, they can access
their back office on the go! It s a big step toward Wayne's vision of Mobilepreneurs and
we're thrilled with the results. Obviously, call volume and support tickets are way up
as we continue to iron out all the kinks, so we appreciate your patience, but overall,
it was a really smooth transition and people are LOVING the new sites. Now, coming out
of Boot Camp, we had a mission. Troy Brown announced that our goal following MBC was
to register 10,000 people for the August Regional Training Events in the States. Well, we did
it, 8 days in. Thanks to our field leaders and your support, we crushed the 10K mark,
and kept right on going. We're at nearly 10,500 at the time of this recording, and we've already
sold out several markets. That's twice the number of Reps we trained in June. Now there
are still some tickets available for $39.99, but they're going fast. So go to your back
office to get them while you can. And buckle up kids, cuz August is going to be CRAZY.
Want another reason August is going to be so big? The iPad Grab! If you were at Boot
Camp, you heard this announcement first hand. Starting at Boot Camp, and through August,
anyone who generates $3,000 in personal sales volume is walking away with a brand new 16GB
iPad. The best part is: we're counting event registrations toward your volume. So if you
buy a ticket to the View, or the August or September Regionals, you're that much closer
to some Apple-flavored awesomeness in your hot little hands. Plus, if you're married,
your spouse's ticket counts too! Now, some terms and conditions apply, so check the .pdf
for details. And remember, not only can you snag the iPad, but you're that much closer
to getting your Wheels. We call that a win-win. Speaking of Wings & Wheels. Five months
into the program, and it's absolutely rocking. We've been taking over people's Facebook and
Pinterest feeds with all the great pictures, and we gotta' say, it s pretty freakin' great.
So, we've actually extended the program THROUGH the View. Now, if you've picked up your BMW,
you may have seen this in an email, but we need your picture!! It's a requirement for
qualification—you're supposed to send your name, ID# and a photo, along with the proof of lease
or ownership to eteam@worldventures.com but even more importantly, we want to share it!
So, take a high-resolution picture (ideally on a real camera, or at least a newer smart
phone, and not downloaded from Facebook or anything), then email it to news@worldventures.com,
but along with your name and your Rep ID number, tell us where you live, and a little bit about
your story. Please be sure to put "My Silver Bullet" and your name in the subject line.
And hey, if you have pics of your team featuring multiple silver BMWs, go ahead and send us
those, too. You may have already noticed, but these are popping up in issues of Voyager,
on our Facebook page, and on Pinterest. So, help us out and send 'em in! That leads us
to W.I.N. DreamTrips. After two exciting rounds of this promotion, we've had dozens of fired
up prospects and the Reps who referred them get booked for the Mega Trips. So, a big congratulations
to our lucky winners, and the folks who referred them. Enjoy your holidays. Now, for the time
being, the W.I.N. DreamTrips promotion itself is on vacation. With Wings & Wheels and the
iPad Grab going on through August, we wanted to help keep the message simple for you and
your team, so get out there and grab your iPad! Now, before we wrap up, let's talk Mega Trips.
During the first two weeks of August we've got nearly 5,000 DreamTrippers heading to
Cancun for back to back Mega Trips! The VIP trip runs August 1-5, and then the Fun & Money
Guys tag in from the 8-12. We're going to have full-blown social media coverage of the
trips, and some cool stuff in the works, so keep your eyes peeled for that in the days
ahead. OK, lastly, speaking of the interwebs! We're kinda like VISA, we're everywhere you
wanna' be. You can connect with us on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google+, Foursquare,
Instagram, or Pinterest. But remember, it's not Pokémon, you don't have to collect all
8. Join us on Facebook for sure, but other than that, if you're not already using a particular
social network, don't feel like you need to start. It s not like you're going to hear
our next IMD thanking Google+ during recognition. Anyway, that does it for this episode. Until
next time, I'm your host Scott Caldwell and this has been WorldVentures Live, where we
read the news, so you don't have to!
