Hi I'm Karen for Expert Village our receipts calls for 6 cups of cut and sliced peaches.
These are small peaches so I think we are going to need about 10-12 peaches. In order
to peel them the best way to get the peel of his to blanch them and blanching them is
that you boil water, plunge the peaches into the boil water for only 30 seconds and then
you take them out and put them in cold water and the peel should come off nice and easy.
Before you boil them you want to cut on the bottom of each peach a little criss cross
like that and that would help to remove the peels. Okay lets go over to our boiling water,
I have a pot already set to boil. Okay I have my boiling water here I'm going to put, I
have already cut the criss cross on the bottom of the peaches 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8, I think 8
is all that is fitting right now. We wait 30 seconds and then I put them into my cold
water. Now that we have been boiling for 30 seconds only and now just take them out and
put them into the cold water and then I put the other ones in that we didn't have room
for. My cold water is getting full. Okay set that a sided and I will put in my next batch.
